Macs Adventure Expands to Skypark

We’re delighted to announce that Macs Adventure, specialists in self guided holidays and tailor made adventures has signed a 10 year lease and will move to the newly refurbished ‘Skypark 5’ in December.

Macs Adventure, founded in 2003 by Neil Lapping, offers a range of self-guided walking holidays, cycling holidays and tailor made adventures in the UK, Europe and around the world. With 45 staff in Scotland and a high rate of growth, Macs Adventure will relocate to ‘Skypark 5’ taking 9,612 sq ft of offices as it rolls out an ambitious expansion plan.

Announcing the company’s relocation, Founder and Chief Adventure Officer of Macs Adventure, Neil Lapping, said: “As a rapidly expanding company we were attracted to Skypark’s location, amenities and flexible space. Skypark offers us a bright, modern environment to house our head office, and we will be creating a unique and exciting office space for our team. We are looking forward to growing the business alongside other dynamic and ambitious companies.”

Alasdair Roy of Bilfinger GVA, Skypark’s Estates manager comments: “We are delighted that Macs Adventure will relocate here in December taking 9,612 sq. ft. of office space. ‘Skypark 5’ offers companies flexible contemporary spaces, from 4463 sq. ft. to 9461 sq. ft., with the option to customise each unit as needed. We offer a full package of a quality and well-located working environment with on-site amenities and a management team that supports its tenants.”

‘Skypark 5’, is located adjacent to Skypark 1 and offers a unique business hotel concept to allow those working on campus to play as well as work with a nursery, car valet, social events, beauty services on site. It has immediate access to all transport links and restaurants and leisure facilities Finnieston has to offer.
